Volunteer to support people returning to the workforce
Path Forward is a nonprofit on a mission to empower caregivers to restart their careers. You can help us fulfill our mission when you volunteer to help build a caregiver’s interviewing confidence as they embark on their return to work.
Give your employees the opportunity to make an impact
By sponsoring a Path Forward interview readiness event, your employees will have the opportunity to contribute their time, expertise, and passion to make an impact on people’s ability to successfully return to the workforce. Your team of 15 to 30 volunteers can participate in one of two event formats:
- Elevator Pitches (1 hour event)
- Mock Interviews (2 hour event)
Volunteers don’t need to be recruiters or people who regularly conduct interviews in order to participate. They just need to be willing to actively listen and feel comfortable giving constructive feedback to others. This is a particularly meaningful opportunity for those employees engaged in your affinity groups around women, parenting, and caregiving.
