The return-to-work program at SC Johnson is for professionals who have left the workforce, typically to care for young children or family members. These opportunities targeted at workers with 2+ years of working-time gaps in their resumes and a minimum of 5 years of professional experience. Returners may be working parents, caregivers, or other professionals who have had to press pause on their careers for a period.
