Introducing the Arista Returnship Program
At Arista, we’re excited to partner with Path Forward to support returners like you. We appreciate the skills, experiences, and perspectives you bring to our company and teams.

Our 16-week, paid returnship program is open to professionals with at least five years of experience who are returning to the workforce after a career break for caregiving of two or more years. If you meet these criteria, we welcome you to apply!

During the returnship, you’ll have the opportunity to revamp your skills, update your resume with new experiences, make connections, contribute to a team, and possibly convert to a full-time position. Along the way, you’ll receive invaluable advice, support, and mentorship from Arista program managers and from Path Forward.

Working at Arista

Our culture is one that is founded on key values that resonate across all employees in the organization. As professionals, colleagues, friends and peers, Arista is all about respect, integrity, innovation, passion, pride and trust. As one software engineer noted:

“Culture is a word that gets thrown around a lot in modern tech companies. But in many of them it is just jargon and doesn’t mean much beyond some customary corporate messaging. But in a select few companies which continuously disrupt the status quo and break technology and business barriers (in a good way), culture has a special place and plays a key role. I have spent the last 7 years of my career at Arista Networks. I have experienced first hand the joy and satisfaction of not just good but a great workplace culture.”
