Introducing the Stanley Black & Decker Returner Program

The Stanley Black & Decker Returner Program is a 16-week full-time paid experience for professionals returning to the workforce after taking two+ years away from work for personal reasons, including caregiving. The 100% virtual program is open to people who have at least five years of professional experience in engineering, technology, finance, accounting, human resources and other corporate functions.

As a participant in the Returner experience, you’ll have the unique opportunity to revamp your skills, rebuild a professional network, and get valuable experience while making connections with other program members who are also rejoining the workforce. The program also offers development support and resources through our partner, Path Forward, a nonprofit organization whose mission is to empower people to transition back to the paid workforce.  At the conclusion of the program, there may be the opportunity to continue with us as a full-time employee.
