This eagerly anticipated directory is the one-and-only source for EVERY returnship program in the US. You can use this free one-stop tool to find paid return-to-work opportunities that meet your criteria at companies nationwide.
What does it include? We’ve aggregated information about every company’s returnship program, such as length, requirements, type of jobs, locations, and which are accepting applications. That way, all you have to do is filter based on your preferences and experience to find programs with returnship positions that are the best fit.
The directory is updated weekly, with programs that include Path Forward support clearly highlighted. (But don’t forget – you can always go to our Get Hired page to find Path Forward powered returnships open for applications now).
The returnship matcher is just one of a suite of support services we’ll be unveiling in the months ahead. And, to set the stage, our bold new brand look celebrates our commitment to returning caregivers and the forward-thinking companies that are part of our employer network.
Our name and mission has not changed even as our new look emphasizes Path Forward’s focus on creating jobs for caregivers and to changing the conversation about work and family.
